Jumblo, what is it?^ top
Jumblo is a free program that uses the latest technology to bring free and high-quality voice communications to people all over the world. When you use the free Jumblo software, you can call regular phones in various popular destinations for free* or call at an incredible low rate to any other phone on the planet. You can also call all your online friends (peer-to-peer calls) as long as you like, for free. How do I make free* voip calls?^ top
Just download and install our application. You will be charged nothing if you are calling any land line in one of our free* destinations, or any of your online friends.
Can I forward my calls to other Jumblo users?^ top
Yes you can - the callforwarding option in the client works with phone numbers, but you can also enter a (Jumblo) user name.
Can I send Text (SMS) messages with Jumblo?^ top
Yes you can, using your Jumblo client or through the Jumblo website.
Can I use Jumblo with Mac or Linux?^ top
Are you a Mac or Linux users and want to benefit from the cheap Jumblo Rates, we have the solution!
When using Mac or Linux it is possible to use Jumblo by just downloading the FREE Softphone of your choice!

Yes you can, if you use a DID-number supplier you have to forward your DID to: username@sip.Jumblo.com
Does Jumblo contain any advertising or spyware?^ top
No.

How long does my credit last for calls?^ top
At Jumblo, your credit will NOT expire.
What's the deal with the Freedays?^ top
Buying credits entitles you to 90 Freedays (unless stated otherwise). This means you can call all countries in the free* destinations list for 90 days at no costs. When the 90 days are over, you will keep your credit, and the normal rate will be charged for these destinations.
How much will I be charged for my calls?^ top
Nothing! - if you are calling any land line in one of our free* destinations, or any of your online friends.
Calls to all other (PSTN) phone numbers will be charged the applicable tariff for the destination you are calling. Rates are in Eurocents per minute and calls are rounded up to next minute. Apart from that there are no other charges; no subscription, registration, or administration fees!
How can Jumblo keep their rates so low?^ top
We always try to offer the best prices possible and Jumblo constantly aims to negotiate better deals with suppliers to pass this discount on to our customers! By buying in bulk from major carriers and using state of the art technology Jumblo is able to significantly undercut other international call providers. In addition, low overheads and a no frills approach enable our customers to benefit even more.
Can I call a destination not included in your country list?^ top
Unfortunately not at the moment. Only destinations which we are able to offer at discounted rates are included in our destinations list. Therefore, if the country you wish to call is not included in the list, we do not offer it yet. To stay informed of all new destinations and price deals please subscribe to our free newsletter.
Can I get Jumblo in my favorite language?^ top
In the application, select "Tools" -> "Select Language". You can now choose from various popular languages.
Can a company sign up?^ top
Yes, it is possible for a company to sign up. The payment conditions and how the service works is exactly the same as for residential customers.
"Fair use policy (FUP)" what does that mean?^ top
We offer free* calls to various destinations. If you make ordinary use of our services you will generally not be confronted with our Fair Use Policy; we reserve the right however to limit these free* calls if excessive or fraudulent use is suspected. Should you exceed our Fair Use Policy limit you will be charged normal rates for your calls. Please consult our terms of use for details.
How much does it cost for someone to ring my Voip-in number?^ top
This depends on where the other person is calling from and which telephone provider they use. The call should be charged at normal geographic rate (and if ringing from abroad a normal international call to your country) so the caller should check with their own telephone provider how much they charge for normal calls to landlines.
Can I become a local reseller for Jumblo ? ^ top
Yes, it is possible to become a local reseller. In order to be considered as a local reseller we require a payment of at least 15 Euros by Western Union, Cashu, Ukash, Bank Transfer or iDeal.

PLEASE NOTE: Accounts that have already redeemed vouchers or received moneytransfers, or have done a credit card related payment will NOT get the local reseller status. The money deposited on those accounts will NOT be refunded or transferred back to the local reseller account where it came from. In this case we advise you to open a new account.
Why am I not in the local reseller list anymore ?^ top
Our local reseller database only lists active local reseller. If you process a new transaction you will automatically be included in the list again.
Why did I lose my local agent status ?^ top
If you haven't processed any transactions your local agent status will be removed.
You can still use any credit left in your account for personal calls. If you wish to re-apply to be a local agent we require a payment of at least 15 Euros by by Western Union, Cashu, Ukash, Bank Transfer or iDeal. Once we have successfully received your payment of at least 15 Euros you may contact customer services via the feedback option to request your status.
